There are numerous desk jobs which the persons with disabilities can take up. One can work as receptionist at a doctor's office or real estate agency or a school. Such a kind of job has minimum physical labor. Desk jobs can involve being a secretary also. Data entry is also a such kind of job. Data entry is also an important aspect of a desk job as they are the ones keeping the company running smoothly. These jobs are not physically demanding, however they are the foundation of any work environment.Data entry and information processing workers enter data into a computer, operate a variety of office machines, and perform other clerical or administrative duties. Many data entry and information processing workers can be right out of high school and trained on the job. Spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills are important, as is familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures. One should have knowledge about computers. One can get job in banks and work as a cashier or teller. Apart from this there are many types clerical jobs which require only desk work and are less physically demanding.
