You may have to get a specialized update for it to help the software with medical terminology and be attentive to what it types on the screen for you. Such a kind of technology is becoming more common now days. Wheelchair users might find this career option advantageous for them.
You would need a training program to work as a medical transcriptionist. You may also have to learn medical terminology, formatting and the skill of transcription itself. Now a days online training programs are available.
