A free management program under the name 'Label Us Able' is offered by the Institute for Integrated Learning in Management's (I.I.L.M.) Community Service Center in collaboration with NCPEDP.

I.I.L.M. gives opportunities to disabled students to study management courses. These courses enable them to get managerial positions. Mental and intellectual abilities and faculties of the students are improved. The hidden potential of the students comes to the surface level after doing these courses. Disabled students can prove that they can also contribute towards the efficient growth of the economy.

Admission is given on the basis of class 12th marks. After that an interview is held to test the knowledge base. Physical condition of the candidate is also taken into consideration at the final round.

The place of study is disabled friendly. No fees is charged for the course. There are 10 modules and medium of instruction is English. Each module is of six months. The objective of the programme is the development of future professional managers from amongst students who have physical disabilities.

Students with physical challenged can join any module according to their the minimum education and the level required for the module. Physical requirements of the managerial jobs are also taken into consideration.At the end of module/s Certificate, Diploma and Degrees are awarded to the qualifying students. Assistance in job placements is also given to the pass out students who are physically challenged.
