A pilot programme has been launched to train persons with disabilities for the B.P.O. industry. This is likely to enhance employment opportunities for the people with disabilities in IT-enabled services industry like call centers and business processes outsourcing (B.P.O).

There is one month training. 100% waiver in fees is given. There are speech therapists to assess the individual for voice transactions. Grammar and writing skills of the candidates are taken of. Voice based and non voice based training is given to them.
